Blue-Buck-20141-66x300

Phillips Blue Buck
The Blue Buck is a legendary beast, known to grant those that see him good fortune and safe travels. A deep amber coloured beer, the Blue Buck has a crisp finish featuring a delicate hop aroma. Certainly seeing the Blue Buck on bottle grants the drinker a great experience! Worth searching for. 5% ABV

Phillips Shortwave
Scan the static and discover the Short Wave. This wireless beer transmitter pours a beautiful sunset orange colour with a pillow white head. A medium, malt forward body is electrified with bright citrus hops until sweetness and bitter are dialed to balance. Finishing refreshingly dry, enjoy this frequency frequently. Short Wave West Coast Pale Ale is a brand new round beer from Phillips.

Jerkface

Parallel 49 Jerkface 9000
An easy drinking American wheat ale dry hopped with mosaic hops. Juicy citrus, tropical, and floral hop notes sit atop a light grainy malt base giving the beer a very flavorful hop punch with a light refreshing body. 5% ABV – 37 IBU

2014_09_BMBC-4883

Parallel 49 Filthy Dirty IPA
A west coast India Pale Ale with a tonne of hop flavour and aroma. Subtle sweet malt flavour backs up the huge amount of orange, grapefruit, pine and floral aromas this beer expels.

Aftermath

Black Market Aftermath Pale Ale
When we first introduced “Aftermath” in our tasting room, we were looking to produce a drinkable Pale Ale that wasn’t just a reproduction of everyone else’s pale ale. We succeeded in creating ours with a unique blend of 5 hop varieties to produce a pale with HUGE hop aroma and flavour, without the bitterness of an IPA.

Driftwood White Bark
This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly ground coriander and curacao orange peel. Hops are outshone by the wonderful floral aromas that dominate the nose of this dry and quaffable beer. This beer is naturally cloudy with soft malty notes, balanced by the herb and floral essence of coriander and curacao.
